Meclean has designed the high-pressure trailers to run on HVO100, a fossil-free fuel, offering an alternative between an electric high-pressure trailer and a conventional diesel-powered model.

These mobile high-pressure units can optionally be equipped with Meclean’s patented cleaning technologies.

SteamPLUS - a high-pressure steam technology that combines the effectiveness of steam with the speed of high-pressure cleaning. A technique designed for cleaning surfaces that are sensitive to damage.

WeedPLUS - an effective and 100% environmentally friendly weed control method using hot water.

AquaPLUS - a balanced combination of 90% water and 10% steam, delivered through the spray lance at a stabilised temperature of 110°C and a maximum pressure of 250 bar. This technology combines the benefits of SteamPLUS with those of traditional high-pressure cleaning using hot water. The 90% water provides impact and rinsing action, while the 10% steam creates a limited thermal shock effect, meaning that chemicals are not necessary in many cases.

A hot-water high-pressure cleaner from Meclean comes as standard with a highly efficient heat exchanger designed for very low fuel consumption. The heat exchangers are made of stainless steel.

The Stop ’n Go system prevents unnecessary energy consumption and overheating of the pump. In addition, Stop ’n Go helps extend the service life of the machine.

The single-phase and three-phase low-speed electric motors developed and manufactured in Europe offer high efficiency, reduced wear and, consequently, a long service life.
