Registration
To enter into an agreement with us through our website, you must register by providing the following personal information:
- Name
- Address
- Telephone number
- Email address
Your personal data is registered by Eco2Clean ApS and retained for five (5) years, after which it will be securely deleted.
We collect and process your personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling and delivering your order.
The following groups of employees have access to the registered information:

Customer information is not stored in encrypted form.

As a registered customer of Eco2Clean ApS, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and to request access to the personal information we hold about you. Ordering
Once you have placed an order, our system will automatically send you an email confirming the products you have purchased.
Only the products displayed on www.eco2clean.dk can be ordered through our website. If you are interested in other products from our suppliers, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Payment methods
We accept the following payment methods:

When paying with a Dankort or Visa/Dankort, simply enter your card number, expiry date, and security code (CVV/CVC) during checkout.
Businesses and public institutions may apply for credit terms. (Please refer to Terms for Businesses and Public Institutions for further information.)
Payment
Payment for your order will not be charged to your payment or credit card until the goods have been shipped from our warehouse/store.
When paying by credit card, you are always protected against misuse. You have the right to reject a payment if you discover an unauthorised transaction on your payment statement. You have no liability in the event that your card is misused in an online store that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption in its payment system.
This provides you with greater protection than in a physical store, where you may have a liability of DKK 1,200 if your Danish payment card is misused through the use of your PIN code.
All data submitted in connection with purchases paid by card is encrypted using SSL, meaning that only PBS can access and read the information. Neither Eco2Clean ApS nor any other third party has access to this data.
The amount for the purchased goods will only be charged when the goods are shipped from Eco2Clean ApS. Under no circumstances can a larger amount be charged than the amount you approved at the time of purchase.
Delivery
The estimated delivery time for items in stock is 1-5 business days.
For items that are not held in stock, delivery will take place on the same day or the next business day after we receive the product from our supplier.
Your order may be delivered in multiple shipments if necessary. However, this will not result in any additional shipping charges.
If an item is delayed or temporarily out of stock, we will notify you by email, provided that you have supplied a valid email address.
You may choose to have your order delivered to your workplace instead of a parcel collection point by entering an alternative delivery address during checkout. Goods are considered delivered once receipt has been acknowledged, and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery can be received at the specified address.
You may also choose to collect your order from our store by selecting "Store Pickup" during checkout. Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your order. Payment will be processed upon collection, and you will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
International shipping, including deliveries to Greenland and the Faroe Islands, is available only by prior agreement.
Shipping costs
We always aim to choose the most cost-effective shipping method. Packages are shipped via GLS or a freight carrier, depending on the type and size of the goods being delivered. Shipping costs are paid by the customer and are displayed on the first payment page for each order.
Risk
Eco2Clean ApS bears the risk during shipment until the goods have been delivered to the customer and will replace the item if it is damaged, lost, stolen, or otherwise compromised during transit.
If the delivery address information is incomplete or incorrect (for example, if part of the name, street number, or floor is missing), or if the shipment is not collected from the parcel shop within the specified holding period and therefore needs to be reshipped, the shipping costs must be paid by the customer again.
Terms of consumers
Right of withdrawal
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing from our webshop. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your goods.
The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the goods are returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as when received. The right of withdrawal will therefore be void if you use the goods in a way that clearly reduces their resale value significantly.
When exercising your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal by refusing to accept the delivery or by handing the goods in personally at the above address (by prior agreement).
When you cancel your purchase, the purchase amount will naturally be refunded to you. The refund will be transferred to your bank account once we have received the goods and verified that they comply with the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal. It is therefore important that you provide us with your registration number and account number.
Providing additional information is not a requirement, but the processing of your return will be faster if the package includes all relevant details, such as a copy of the order confirmation, bank registration number and account number for the refund, and a copy of any previous correspondence.
Please note: We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.
Right of complaint
Personal information
All information is treated with the highest level of confidentiality. The information is used only in connection with deliveries and email services, and only if you have signed up for these services.
All payment and credit card information is protected, which means that the data is encrypted between your internet browser (the cardholder) and the payment server.
We guarantee that we never sell, rent, or share personal information with any third party.
Terms and conditions for businesses and institutions
We comply with the regulations of the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
As a business customer, you have the option to purchase via invoice by contacting us. We reserve the right to obtain credit information and to reject credit applications. Goods sold on credit remain the property of Eco2Clean ApS until full payment has been received.
At Eco2Clean ApS, we offer EAN invoicing for municipal institutions. If you wish to use this option, the EAN number must be provided when placing your order.
Disclaimer
We reserve the right for items being out of stock, typing errors, and technical errors that may result in incorrect price information. We also reserve the right for changes in delivery times, force majeure, and supplier failures.
We reserve the right to reject orders containing incorrect personal information, as well as orders affected by the above-mentioned reservations.
We also reserve the right regarding product descriptions and user guides provided by our suppliers.
All images and text materials are intended for internal use only and may not be reproduced or copied in accordance with applicable Danish copyright law.
