SteamPLUS is a patented cleaning system consisting of a balanced mix of 90% steam and 10% water, with a stable temperature of 150°C, combined with an adjustable working pressure of up to 250 bar.
With a steam/heat exchanger, 17,000 litres of steam are produced. This large volume of steam creates a “thermal shock” effect that loosens dirt particles without damaging the surface. The steam pressure provides the working speed required for large surfaces and buildings.
SteamPLUS eliminates the need for cleaning agents and fits perfectly into a modern, environmentally conscious way of working. It is available as an optional upgrade on high-pressure trailers, Trailerjet M/L, and Trailerpacks.
SteamPLUS is particularly suitable when chemicals cannot be used and when surfaces are more fragile and susceptible to damage. It removes graffiti, paint layers, chewing gum, airborne pollution, algae and moss, fungi, oil and solvents, sticky residues, road markings, and more-without the use of chemicals. Thanks to its high steam content, SteamPLUS can also disinfect and neutralize odours.
AquaPLUS is a cleaning technology based on a water/steam ratio of 90/10, a stable regulated water temperature of 110°C, and an adjustable operating pressure of up to 500 bar (!).
AquaPLUS is a cleaning function positioned between traditional hot water cleaning and SteamPLUS. The balanced mix of superheated water and steam combines the advantages of both systems. The water provides impact and rinsing power, while the relatively lower steam content still creates a limited thermal shock effect, making it possible to achieve excellent results without the use of chemicals.
AquaPLUS eliminates the need for cleaning agents and fits perfectly into a modern, environmentally conscious way of working. It is available as an optional upgrade on high-pressure trailers, Trailerjet M/L, and Trailerpacks.
AquaPLUS is well suited for industrial cleaning and removes graffiti, paint, air pollution, resin, glue, road markings, and more-without chemicals. In some cases, AquaPLUS® operates at a higher cleaning speed than SteamPLUS due to its higher water content. However, the increased water percentage may result in a higher risk of surface impact compared to SteamPLUS.
WeedPLUS removes weeds by overheating the plant without the use of pesticides, in a 100% environmentally friendly way.
Operating speed is up to 25% faster than other alternative weed control methods, and up to 60% fewer treatments are required, making WeedPLUS also the most cost-effective solution. With WeedPLUS, up to 2,000 m² per hour can be covered.
